Oostende-Dunkerque

• 'Champagne-sailing' with the sails up all the way for a gentle breeze (4-5 m/s) - very nice!!!
• Passed 3-4 other sailboats on the way - demonstrating the excellent sailing performance of our boat
• At Dunkerque a couple of crew members from the other boats came to have a look at Sakura - to explore what kind of boat that had outperformed them so badly :-)
• We had timed the trip nicely having the tide current helping all the way
• The YCMN Marina is well organised and has 24/7 access, independent of tide
• Location close to the city center and the historic beaches and museum
