- Quite a long journey
- Stable to medium winds
- Occasional unpleasant swells caused by 'wind-over-current' - Alla not happy ;-)
- Approach to Grandcamp had to be timed, as we were passing 'green areas' on the map; meaning land that dries out during low water
- However no problems - no depths recorded below 3 m
Normandy...overall, still memories about the historic events 80 years ago...
